Our wonderful photographer Jessica Okonski sent us this little sneak peak! I cannot wait to see the rest!
This is the first blog I have ever created! Let's see how it goes! My best friend and I got married on July 9th, 2011. We created a DIY Vintage Carnival Themed wedding. Homemade everything sprinkled with love, made our day a fun, relaxed and memorable event for everyone involved! I have gotten a lot of the inspiration for various aspects of our wedding from other bloggers and I have decided that maybe I should share some of my creations.

Our perfect cake!! Magic surprise layers of rainbow and various flavours!
Fun & Games
Dress up props, photo back drop, self serve fortune teller (magic 8-ball), face-in-the-hole
Ding, ding, ding! High Striker was hitting the bell all night!
Wedding is not a wedding with out mustaches!!
Blushing Bride!

All my hard work paid off! I love how my veil turned out! PERFECT!
Not the best picture but you get the idea! The dress reminds me of 40's red carpet!
Vintage Carnival Wedding Success!!
Oh my does it ever feel good to be done all the planning and organizing and DIY! It was such a perfect day!
The only advice that I wish I had gotten is to have someone or a group of people well organized and available to set up and to have a day of organizer who is in charge of doing things like organizing the speakers for the speech... because doing it yourself on your wedding day is no fun!
